Efficient and profitable recycling of concrete in very confined spaces

The company SBM offers a very convincing plant concept for confined spaces. Core components of this new concept are the mobile primary crushing plant JAWMAX^® 1006 ECO, the impact crusher RHS 12/13/4 with optimised wear-resistance and a KQ 15/40-2.5-deck screening plant with perfect feed material distribution.
This profitable system is completed by a highly wear-resistant feed hopper, heavy-duty pre-screening, conveyors that can be lifted, lowered and swivelled, and renowned magnetic engineering to separate metal parts.

Clearly separated material at the touch of a button
Feed material size 0-700 mm is pre-crushed by JAWMAX^® to 0-250 mm, and then it is processed to mono-fraction final grain sizes of 0/16, 0/32 or 0/63 mm in the stationary plant. Even special grain sizes such as 32/63 or 16/63 mm can be chosen and produced by selecting a formula at the control unit. The efficient control of the formula management allows easy and simple adjustment of the currently required final product at the touch of a button. This is facilitated due to the optimum combination of plant components and software.
