First REMAX 1111 MAXI in the world delivered

31. July 2012

The first REMAX 1111 MAXI of SBM Mineral Processing left the MFL factory for Holland in June. The mobile processing plant is the first plant in the world of this size and type of the REMAX series and in addition is a real MFL-SBM 'best of both brands' production.

The Oosterbeeck company, who are based in Holland, are active in the recycling sector and already have experience with the MFL RCI 100.100T systems and further need for an additional combination solution, which allows crushing and sieving in one work process. The crusher size should remain the same and the system should also win over in terms of fuel consumption, like the RCI with its diesel-electric drive. "Because of these requirements it was clear we needed to take the 'best of both brands‘, to offer the customer an optimum crushing-sieving system. The crusher and the electrics come from MFL, and the controller, conveyor belt, chutes and sieve from SBM“, explained Mario Schweizer, SBM Sales.

Extremely durable
Alongside the technical details, the above-average durability and the fault-free operation are always decisive criteria for the acquisition of a system. At 40 tonnes the REMAX 1111 MAXI is the smallest in the Remax series. A very compact design ensures simple and quick handling on the building site, as well as for a rapid change of site. It is designed for the recycling pro, explained Mario Schweizer and "crushes up to 2000t/day of recycling material, but also natural rock in standardised sizes." In this context customers also value the high quality of the REMAX system end products.
