Swift relocations aren’t an issue any more as SBM’s mobile, track-mounted crushing and screening plant is quickly roadworthy: converting or dismantling the plant and applying for road transportation permits are a thing of the past. Even at smaller sites transporting the plant is no longer an economic issue.

Sixth SBM Plant for Recom
The client of the new crushing and screening plant is the company Recom in Belgium, the biggest enterprise for mobile recycling in the BENELUX states. Roland Croes, proprietor of Recom, already owns five mobile mineral processing plants made by SBM and appreciates their high standard of quality. The mobile, track-mounted crushing and screening plant REMAX 1312 MAXI processing concrete, asphalt, bricks, construction debris, natural stones and other recyclable materials convinced Mr Croes due to its cost-effectiveness: short set-up times, high mobility and low Diesel consumption coming to less than 30 l/h at a throughput capacity of more than 250 t/h facilitate efficient operation - even if smaller quantities and constantly changing locations are necessary. Thanks to the clear Diesel-electric drive system, this plant can be powered directly by the public power supply system as an alternative.

Powerful Mid-Size Class
With 54 tons (without Dolly) this high-performance plant belongs to the powerful mid-size class of the SBM REMAX series. The massive impact crusher with an intake opening of 1300 mm and a rotor diameter of almost 1200 mm ensures optimum crushing of the material. SBM’s mobile plants score with various size and weight classes, adaptation to common transportation devices and practice-oriented, user-friendly construction. Assembly, set-up and transportation can be done swiftly. Even not commonplace tasks such as crushing ballast or mobile non-ferrous separation are easily performed.
