SBM Mineral Processing Takes over Concrete Division from Doubrava

On Tuesday, August 20th, it was officially confirmed that the concrete division of the company Doubrava, a noted plant manufacturer from Attnang-Puchheim, Upper Austria, has been taken over by the company SBM Mineral Processing GmbH. With this step the continuation of the Doubrava concrete division within SBM is secured.

Doubrava disposes of decades of know-how in the field of manufacturing high-quality concrete plants. “Acquiring this know-how ideally supplements the product portfolio of SBM Mineral Processing,” the owners of SBM, KR Erwin Haider, KR Mag. Heinrich Obernhuber and the company Krünes Consulting, explain the decision to purchase this division. “Already last year we have added stationary concrete mixing plants to the concrete product portfolio of SBM. Thanks to the current take over, SBM strengthens its position as a full-range supplier in the field of mobile and stationary concrete mixing plants for ready-mixed and prefab concrete“.

The present product portfolio of SBM is supplemented by the proven mobile and stationary plants of Doubrava. Existing Doubrava orders and service jobs can be continued due to the fact that key product managers, engineers, electricians and service staff of the concrete division will be employed by SBM.
