Track-mobile Jaw Crusher STE 108.75 T RR PB Made by SBM
Ordered in July, delivered in November! The company KVD plus made a special present to themselves in the Advent season 2014. It was a jaw crusher plant made by SBM. After six months of trouble-free operation the client is pleased with the worthwhile investment.
A crusher type STE 108.75 T RR PB made by SBM Mineral Processing was delivered to the Czech Republic in time. In the surroundings of the destination Libá the plant had to face very special geological challenges as the hard rock to be crushed (mainly basalt/granite) there is interstratified with loamy interference zones.
Due to its special equipment the track-mobile jaw crusher can master this challenge to the complete satisfaction of the client. An apron feeder in the 5 m³ big feed hopper provides continuous material supply. Pre-screening is carried out by an integrated 6-row roller grizzly reliably separating loamy parts from hard rock.
Now the basalt which is hard, tough and difficult to crush enters the heart piece of the plant with a feed size of 0-800 mm. The sturdy power package STE 108.75 with a gap opening of 1080x750 mm crushes the material down to 0-250 mm at a convincing throughput capacity of 250 t/h. The crushed final product is used to produce mineral wool.
