1st Technical Symposium with Product Launch of the DYNAMIX® 2500 128-4L in Magdeburg

First TOWERMIX® 3000+1500 D9-2 420-8V in Germany following the integration (acquisition) of DOUBRAVA into SBM.
With its concrete mixing plants, SBM is now also the market leader in Germany - after Austria, Switzerland and Scandinavia.
SBM takes over the concrete sector of the company Doubrava and thereby strengthens its position as a full-package supplier in the fields of mobile and stationary concrete mixing plants.
On July 1, SBM relocates to a new company building 5 km away in Oberweis near Gmunden, Upper Austria.
SBM expands its product range of concrete mixing plants with stationary plants and becomes a full-package supplier for ready-mixed and prefab concrete.
The shareholders of Maschinenfabrik Liezen - Haider Group, Mr. Heinrich Obernhuber and Krünes Consulting GmbH - take over SBM Mineral Processing GmbH. With this step, two established brands - SBM and MFL - are represented and further expanded in the field of mineral processing technology in the global market. SBM becomes the technology centre for both mineral processing technology and concrete mixing plants within MFL Group.
The new company name "SBM Mineral Processing GmbH" stands for the strategic and international reorientation . SBM Mineral Processing is positioning itself as a full-service provider of customized solutions.
Walter Hackmair purchases SBM Wageneder and revitalises the subsidiaries in Bochum and Kitzingen. At the same time, the production and office facilities in Laakirchen are expande
The company operates under the name "SBM Maschinenfabrik F. Wageneder GmbH".
SBM builds the first production facility, followed by the construction of the second facility in 1972.
Franz Wageneder, owner of a sand and gravel plant, founds SBM Wageneder and builds his first impact grinding mill, a swivel-beam mill.
